Before we begin working together we will have a Clarity Session. During this conversation, we’ll learn more about each other; assess if we’re a good fit, and determine which service to start with: QuickBooks Check-up or a QuickBooks Full Diagnostic.
Why do I need a Check-Up or Full Diagnostic to work with you?
It is the first step in securing your financial foundation. We need to begin our long-term engagement with organized and current financial information.
It provides:
An objective assessment of the current status of your bookkeeping records
Clear knowledge of what it will take to put them in order and/or catch them up
More accurate recommendations and pricing for ongoing bookkeeping and financial services
We charge for this because it takes considerable time, skill, and knowledge. We want to be fair to you and to ourselves by pricing our services carefully to ensure you get what you need, and only what you need, without overcharging you or undercompensating ourselves.
QuickBooks Check-up
This is your path if you have had a knowledgeable bookkeeper maintaining your records and/or your tax preparer believes your books are in good order.
$100 - $250 (based on the size and complexity of your business)
QuickBooks Diagnostic
This path is required if you know that your books are not in order or are more than 30 days out of date. Or if your tax preparer must invest extra hours to make sense of your financials and/or has recommended that you need a professional bookkeeper.
$500 - $2,500 (based on the size and complexity of your business)
